By accessing or using the website hongkunzong.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including ChromaShift (AI brand color system generator) and Brand Design System Kit (Notion template), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any changes to them.

We offer the following digital products and services:

AI-powered brand color system generator with free and Pro tiers.

Free tier: Limited daily generations
Pro tier: Unlimited generations

Brand Design System Kit

A comprehensive Notion template for building brand guidelines.

One-time purchase: $29
Includes personal and commercial use license

03. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • → Providing accurate and complete information
  • → Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • → Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • → Being responsible for all activities under your account

04. Purchases and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Creem. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem's payment terms and conditions.

Brand Design System Kit

One-time payment of $29. After purchase, you receive perpetual access to the template.

ChromaShift Pro Subscription

Monthly subscription with the following terms:

  • • Billing: Subscription renews monthly on your billing date
  • • Cancellation: Cancel anytime through the Creem Customer Portal (link in your payment confirmation email) or by contacting us
  • • After Cancellation: Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

05. Brand Design System Kit License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • • Modify and customize the template for your own brand
  • • Use the color presets, font pairings, and design guidelines in your projects
  • • Use outputs from ChromaShift in client work

✗ You May Not

  • • Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files
  • • Offer the template as part of a competing product or service
  • • Remove or alter the license/copyright notices within the template
  • • Transfer your license to another party

06. ChromaShift Pro Subscription

By subscribing to ChromaShift Pro, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Features

  • • Unlimited color system generations
  • • Priority processing during high-traffic periods
  • • Access to Pro-only features and updates

Billing and Renewal

  • • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled
  • • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • • Through the Creem Customer Portal (link provided in your payment confirmation email)
  • • By contacting us at che.a@hongkunzong.com

Upon cancellation, your access to Pro features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will revert to the free tier.

Important Note

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will not be charged for subsequent months, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period.

07. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Site or products to:

  • ✗ Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • ✗ Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • ✗ Distribute malware or harmful code
  • ✗ Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • ✗ Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • ✗ Spam or send unsolicited communications

08. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and products available on this Site are the intellectual property of Ache澈 unless otherwise stated.

The trademarks "Ache澈", "ChromaShift", and "Brand Design System Kit" are our trademarks. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Any content you generate using our AI-powered tools is your intellectual property, subject to the license terms above.

09. AI-Generated Content

ChromaShift uses artificial intelligence providers to generate brand briefs, color palettes, visual identity suggestions, and mockup images. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

  • → AI-generated content may not be unique and could resemble other existing works
  • → We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be free from third-party claims
  • → You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring generated content meets your needs
  • → You should conduct your own due diligence before using AI outputs commercially

Disclaimer: AI-generated color palettes are provided for reference only and do not constitute professional design advice. Users should verify that color combinations do not infringe on existing trademarks or copyrights before commercial use.

10. Disclaimer

OUR SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • • The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

11. Limitation of Liability

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

  • • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • • Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
  • • Any other loss arising from your use of our Site or products

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Site or products at any time, including:
